These terms govern your use of StageFlow, an online service for planning events, livestreams, volunteer teams, rosters and run-of-show checklists. StageFlow is provided by Pavel-Petru Verșan ("we", "us"). By using StageFlow you are contracting with Pavel-Petru Verșan, and by continuing to use the service you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be of legal age, or have authority to act for the organization you sign up for. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Keep the information you give us accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
• No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, or bypassing technical limits.
• No reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service.

Licence and ownership

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use StageFlow within your selected plan. We keep all rights in the service, its software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content you add; you give us a limited licence to host and process it only to provide the service.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; a cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the paid period. Founder Access is a one-time purchase. See our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep StageFlow reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you can ask us to export your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer your account without our consent. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, whose courts handle disputes. Questions: contact us through the app.
